I was born on 5th September 1984 in Arnhem (Netherlands), close to the German border, in a family of restaurateurs, from whom I inherited my love and passion for the work I have been doing for a long time.

Italy and Milan in particular, are my entrepreneurial base but some other projects are in progress and who knows, maybe,I will decide to open a new restaurant in Rome, London or Shanghai,based on the same philosophy of the current El Jadida.
